ACCS Reminder- Invitation to Register Newly Appointed Principals & Deputy Principals for Induction In-Service on the 12th of August 2024

Dear Secretary,

Please find below details for the upcoming induction training for newly appointed Principals and Deputy Principals, scheduled for the afternoon of the 12th of August 2024. This year, ACCS will be working in tandem with the Oide Leadership Team. Oide training with Principals and Deputy Principals from all sectors is scheduled on Tuesday and Wednesday the 13th & 14th of August. A separate communication will issue from Oide to all newly appointed Principals and Deputy Principals in the near future.

The ACCS Induction Programme will be supported by a manual of resources, which will be a key reference for the year ahead and will be distributed during registration at The Mullingar Park Hotel.

Induction of Newly Appointed Principals and Deputy Principals – 1-Day Residential Training Programme

Venue: Mullingar Park Hotel, Co. Westmeath

Schedule:

Monday, 12th August 2024: 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. followed by dinner hosted by the President of ACCS.

Delegate Registration:

Please register for this in-person event through the ACCS Online School Portal. To access the portal, log on to https://www.accscloud.net. You will need your Username (last 4 digits of the main school phone number), password, and a maths captcha to log in. If you need assistance with this process or your password, please contact ACCS Head Office staff at 01 460 1150.

Accommodation:

ACCS will reserve accommodation at the Mullingar Park Hotel for the night of the 12th of August 2024 for each registered participant. If accommodation is not required, please notify driordan@accs.ie.

Course Fee:

There is no course fee for the training programme. However, accommodation charges (Bed & Breakfast) will be invoiced directly to the school.
