Objectives:
The aim of the day is to inform and support schools to provide quality inclusive education for all students in line with new developments in the area of Special Education. New and experienced practitioners will have the opportunity to become better informed around policy, practice, supports and developments in the area of special education provision.
The programme will be presented by the DES, NCSE, NEPS and experienced personnel in the area of inclusive provision.

The seminar is aimed at Principals, Deputy Principals, Special Needs Co-ordinators and Teachers involved in special education.
We hope that the day will help schools in the provision of a whole-school approach to special education.

You will require your Username (last 4 digits of the main school phone number), password and a maths captcha to login. Registering non-board members for in-service on the ACCS portal: If a teacher is not available for selection to be added to an event, please choose ‘Update School Data’. When you open the ‘Update School Data’ choose the ‘School Contact’ section. ‘Create a New Contact’ and choose their position as ‘Teacher’, then update their details. Click on ‘Apply changes’ and confirm by pressing ‘Submit’ in the bottom right of the page. ‘Proceed to Training and Events’ to add the updated participant to an event.
