Termination of Employment of Caretakers

The employment of Caretaking Staff staff may be terminated by the Board of Management in accordance with relevant legislation and the general principles of natural justice. ACCS have an agreed policy; “ACCS, IMPACT and SIPTU Grievance, Discipline and Dismissal Procedures” which should be given to all staff on recruitment and followed throughout their employment.
