Appointing a new Principal or Deputy Principal is one of the most important roles a Board of Management is responsible for. ACCS, in collaboration with ETBI, has developed guidance and templates for schools in appointing a new Principal or Deputy Principal. It follows a competency based approach to the appointment process.
Boards are advised to contact HR in ACCS as a starting point to request a copy of the Competency based Recruitment Guidance Manual and templates.
