Leave Records - Secretarial and Maintenance Staff

Under
the terms of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997, employers are obliged
to keep records of holidays and public holidays for a minimum period of three
years. It is also a requirement of the Department of Education and Skills that
a record is kept of Secretarial and Maintenance staffs leave which may be
subject to scrutiny by the auditors.
