Re: Covid-19 information available in different languages
Please find attached Ireland’s National Action Plan in response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus)Schools are asked to provide the following guidance to parents in a targeted manner where schools identify families where language may be a barrier to understanding the HSE guidance on Covid-19 and social distancing. It is not intended for circulation to the entire school community. Your assistance in the distribution of this information in a targeted manner in greatly appreciated.
These were produced by the Department of Health and the HSE who have asked that you disseminate the information as necessary.
We are hopeful that many of your stakeholders and students for whom English/Irish is not their first language will find this information useful.
The languages currently available are Chinese, Italian, Spanish, French, Arabic, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Latvian and Lithuanian.
