Digital Gym and Wellbeing Seminar Series
Please see attached, a poster to promote the Wellbeing Seminar Series during the month of February.

The Digital Gym will continue to provide up to 20 classes per week, each lasting 30-45 minutes and across a number of different class types, such as Pilates / yoga / mobility and flexibility / full body workout / HIIT / body pump / combat conditioning.
