Accommodation:
Please note that the extended closing date for receipt of accommodation booking forms is Monday 6th of March 2023.
Accommodation in The Great Southern Hotel is now fully booked. All booking forms will now be forwarded to the Killarney Royal Hotel and a confirmation reservation will be issued by the Great Southern Killarney. Please complete and forward the attached delegate accommodation booking form to: amcmahon@greatsouthernkillarney.com. Telephone – 064 663 8000.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
Bedrooms cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date or no shows on the day will be subject to full B & B charges for nights booked. These charges will be deducted from the credit card provided.
Non-Resident Delegates:
Please see attached Non-Resident Meals Package Form for completion and return to office@acc.ie if required.
Registering of ACCS Delegates on School Online Portal:
It would be appreciated if Boards would now notify ACCS of the names of their delegates in accordance with the Memorandum and Articles of Association of ACCS. Every member school shall have three accredited delegates and only delegates in attendance may vote. It is the recommendation of the ACCS Executive that one of the accredited delegates be the Chairperson of the Board of Management. To access the school portal log on to https://www.accscloud.net.You will require your Username (last 4 digits of the main school Phone Number) and password and a maths captcha to login. If you require assistance with this process or your password, please call ACCS head office staff on 01 4601150.
