Distributed Leadership:  Embedding Effective Leadership Practices in Schools

Working on this programme has reminded me of the time that needs to be invested daily in learning to be a good leader. I have gained an insight into strategies that I need to incorporate regularly into my own practices in my efforts to become more effective as both a good manager and good leader. The content and materials presented during the residential were excellent and gave delegates opportunities and space to refocus on the big picture and to discuss targets that we as school teams need to work towards over the next few years. Objectives:

This webinar is designed for those school teams which have already completed the ACCS Middle Leaders Residential Programme. It offers an opportunity to these teams to reconnect, share experiences and to engage in conversations about effective leadership practices in schools. The online event will be hosted on the Zoom platform and will be facilitated as an active workshop using the breakout rooms facility.   

WHO SHOULD ATTEND? Cohort 1 & Cohort 2 Schools are invited to participate in this follow-up webinar. The school team can include up to five post holders engaged in leadership and management responsibilities at API, APII and SLT level in school.
