The ACCS DEIS Sub-Committee hosts a series of 90-minute webinars throughout the school year. These are designed to support schools in managing and leading the DEIS process at school level. These provide an opportunity for school personnel with responsibility for DEIS to network and share good practices. The Sub-Committee with responsibility for this work is chaired by Mary Jackson (ACCS Executive) and the group meets regularly throughout the school year to plan and agree the choice of topics for inclusion in each webinar. Inputs from the PDST and the DE Inspectorate are included where possible and relevant in the series.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND? School leaders and personnel leading in DEIS planning, coordination and implementation at school level. E.g., Principal, Deputy Principal(s), DEIS Coordinator.
