Nominations for the Election of Area Representatives to the ACCS Executive at Convention 2018:
The closing date for receipt of written nominations from the schools is 7th February, 2018 (Please use the form attached for nominations to the ACCS Executive 2018/2019).
Please note extract from ACCS Info Bulletin 04/18 which was distributed on the 18th January, 2018.
It has been agreed at an Executive meeting which took place on the 18th December, 2015 that nominations should be submitted in advance of Convention. Only when insufficient numbers have been nominated to fill the positions of area representatives (Principal/non-Principal) for a constituency, then individual nominations for election in that constituency will be accepted at Convention.
The latest date for receipt of amendments to the motions is the 7th February, 2018.
Please note that the closing date for receipt of accommodation booking forms is extended to Wednesday, 7th February, 2018.
Accommodation will be allocated in The Galmont Hotel & Spa, Galway on a first come first served basis.
Please forward the accommodation booking form with any special requirements i.e. disabled rooms to the Reservations Department, The Galmont Hotel & Spa, Lough Atalia Road, Galway.

Registering of ACCS Delegates on School Online Portal:
It would be appreciated if Boards would now notify ACCS of the names of their delegates in accordance with the Memorandum and Articles of Association of ACCS. Every member school shall have three accredited delegates and only delegates in attendance may vote. It is the recommendation of the ACCS Executive that one of the accredited delegates be the Chairperson of the Board of Management. To access the school portal log on to https://www.accscloud.net . You will require your Username (last 4 digits of the main school Phone Number) and password and a maths captcha to login.
The Executive has decided that a fee of €200.00 per school would be appropriate to cover the cost of Convention only. All other costs will be at the delegates' own expense. It would be appreciated if remittance for this amount of €200.00 could be forwarded to ACCS before Convention date.
