Reminder: Invitation for Chairpersons, Principals, Deputy Principals, SENCos and Coordinators of Special Classes to attend an ACCS Webinar on the Feasibility of Opening an ASD Unit.

ACCS is hosting a webinar on Tuesday 17th May from 9.15am until 11.00am for schools considering opening an ASD Unit in 2023 or in process of opening one for September 2022. The webinar will include presentations from schools with established ASD units and a Q&A session and indeed, may also be of interest to schools who have just established a unit this year.

We are delighted that Helen Walsh, NCSE and Jim Twohig, ACCS School Building Projects Advisor will also be available to offer guidance.

We will use this webinar as an opportunity to discuss best practice in relation to admissions and applications, explore issues which may arise and need to be considered in terms of buildings and site provision.
